Cobek (stone mortar) artisans in Toyomarto Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency produce distinctive natural-stone products, but their marketing remains conventional and their digital literacy is low. This community service program aimed to strengthen the artisans’ digital marketing capacity by providing a catalog website and digital marketing training. The program used a participatory empowerment approach over five weeks in four stages: (1) observation and identification of partner needs; (2) participatory planning and website design; (3) the “UMKM Level Up Cobek” workshop, attended by more than 30 participants (1 cobek artisans, 2 village officials, 12 PKK members, and 15 Karang Taruna), including hands-on content creation with Canva; and (4) post-workshop mentoring and evaluation. Evaluation used a 1–5 scale questionnaire completed by 24 participants and observation of the partners’ digital activities. The outputs were an active “UMKM cobek Batu Jaya” website handed over to the artisans’ representative and high satisfaction: 91.7–95.8% of respondents gave scores of 4–5 for delivery of material, program implementation, and program sustainability. During post-workshop monitoring, some artisans began posting promotional content and receiving orders through the website contact. Combining digital media provision, practical training, and mentoring can serve as an initial model for digitalizing traditional craft MSMEs.
