The Coconut Shell Craftsmen Group in Gianyar Regency faces several challenges in developing its business, particularly limited production technology, inadequate financial management, and restricted marketing activities. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen the business capacity and sustainability of the partner through the application of appropriate production technology, improvement of financial management, and development of digital marketing strategies. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. In the production aspect, the program introduced appropriate technologies, including a bench drilling machine, electric engraving tool, modern sanding machine, and air compressor, to improve production efficiency, product quality, and work safety. In the financial management aspect, participants were trained to conduct simple bookkeeping, prepare basic financial statements, and calculate Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) using spreadsheet-based templates. Meanwhile, digital marketing assistance focused on developing digital product catalogs, preparing informative product descriptions, strengthening product branding, and optimizing social media as a promotional and marketing channel. The implementation of the program resulted in improvements in participants’ technical skills, production processes, product quality, financial management practices, and marketing capabilities.
