This community service program aimed to improve Trigona honey productivity and marketing through the application of technology innovation based on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and digital marketing strategies among the Kele-Kele Batukaru Livestock Group in Jegu Village, Tabanan, Bali. The main problems faced by the partner included limited production and harvesting technology, low production efficiency, and limited access to and strategies for digital marketing. The program was implemented using a participatory approach through five stages: socialization and needs assessment, technology training, innovation implementation, digital marketing training, and assistance and sustainability evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of production and sales before and after the program and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed a 15.5% increase in honey production, from 100 liters to 115.5 liters per year, and a 50% increase in online sales. The implementation of standardized topping boxes and a vacuum honey harvesting device improved harvesting efficiency, maintained hygiene, and supported honey quality. Digital marketing training using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and marketplaces expanded market reach and strengthened the “Kele-Kele Batukaru” brand identity. The program contributed to SDG 8 by increasing productivity and economic opportunities, SDG 9 by promoting technological innovation, and SDG 12 by supporting more efficient and sustainable production practices.
