This paper constructs an integrated framework for a humane trading architecture between Bangladesh and the European Union. Enterprise competitiveness and innovation capacity are treated as the central transmission mechanisms. The architecture incorporates multidimensional market measurement (Economic Vulnerability Index and Environmental Performance Index), mild-form transaction authentication and data validation for small and medium enterprise trade finance, sovereign computational capacity through a Bangla large language model embedded in digital public infrastructure, post-quantum readiness, and the Triple-Lock pillars of artificial-intelligence risk governance, digital equity and sustainable-development alignment. A specific operational instrument is developed: currency-swap or drawing-right facilities collateralized by confirmed, rules-of-origin-compliant letters of credit, which expand formal foreign-exchange liquidity, crowd out informal channels and fund real productive activity. The framework is calibrated to the United Nations graduation schedule of 24 November 2026 (pending General Assembly action on a requested extension to 2029) and to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement initialled on 20 April 2026. Five negotiating redlines and a three-phase roadmap complete the design. Personal academic views only.
