This study aims to describe the level of service facilities and community satisfaction and to analyze the effect of service facilities on community satisfaction at the Tanjung Bonai Aur Selatan Village Head Office. Methods: A quantitative descriptive design was applied to a population of 1,540 residents aged 17 years and over who had used administrative services. A sample of 94 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula and accidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and supported by observation and literature study. Descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination were processed using SPSS version 25. Results: Service facilities were rated good with a mean score of 3.43 and a respondent achievement level (TCR) of 68.69%. Community satisfaction was also rated good with a mean score of 3.54 and TCR of 70.77%. The regression equation Y = 36.934 + 1.163X shows a positive direction. The t-value of 8.022 with significance 0.000 indicates a positive and significant effect. The R Square value of 0.412 means service facilities explain 41.2% of the variation in community satisfaction. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence at the nagari-government level by linking three dimensions of service facilities—facility completeness, physical condition, and accessibility—with community satisfaction measured through public-service elements, thereby identifying practical facility priorities for local administrative services.
