Subject. This article focuses on the transformation of Russia's foreign trade relations under the influence of sanctions pressure and geopolitical changes. Objectives. The study aims to analyze the dynamics of Russian non-primary non-energy exports in the context of changes in foreign trade policy, and assess the effectiveness of government support measures. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of statistical analysis. Results. The article shows that government financial and compensatory support measures help mitigate the negative effects and support export activity in the modern conditions. Conclusions. Despite the reduction in the total volume of non-primary non-energy exports, there has been a significant reorientation of export flows to countries in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The share of small and medium-sized enterprises in this type of export has increased dramatically.
