This report describes SEHATI halal certification outreach, digital product communication practice, and administrative follow-up for micro and small enterprises in Singaparna Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. The main activity took place on August 28, 2026, involving 50 purposively selected business operators, followed by intensive assistance from August 29 to September 11 and monitoring through September 30. Activities included needs assessment, certification outreach, SIHALAL simulations, content design practice, and document review. Descriptive analysis used implementation summaries, portfolios, final rubrics, and administrative monitoring. Initial records reported 15 participants with active business identification numbers and none with halal certificates. Practice produced 45 outputs from 45 participants: 35 flyers and 10 draft WhatsApp Business catalogues. Mean final rubric scores on a 1–4 scale were 3.2 for information completeness, 3.5 for readability, and 2.8 for claim accuracy. Thirty outputs containing self-made halal logos were training exercises only, were not published, and were referred for correction. By the monitoring endpoint, 22 participants were reported to have complete documents and 18 operators to have submitted applications; these were separate aggregates. Small-group practice, connection sharing, and business registration assistance addressed implementation difficulties. Findings describe learning outputs and administrative steps, rather than demonstrated knowledge gains, certificate issuance, or sales effects. Follow-up prioritizes individual records and content review against product status.
