This community service program aimed to strengthen MSME operators’ digital marketing competence in Pasirhuni Village, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and mentoring took place on August 12–14, 2026, through needs assessment, demonstrations, guided practice, and follow-up monitoring. Materials covered target customers, business profiles, product photography, promotional messages, and content calendars. Of 25 registered operators, 22 attended; 20 completed paired knowledge assessments and practical evaluation. Mean knowledge scores increased from 55.33 (SD 13.70) to 82.67 (SD 13.92). The reported analysis showed a mean difference of 27.33 points (95% CI [20.63, 34.04]), t(19) = 8.53, p < 0.001, and Hedges gz = 1.83; analysis assumptions remain unverified. Outputs comprised 20 business profiles, 40 product visuals, 40 promotional messages, and 20 weekly calendars. Fifteen participants (75%) jointly met the core criteria for all four outputs. Follow-up on August 28–September 4 covered 18 participants: 14 updated their WhatsApp Business profiles, 12 published a visual with a promotional message, and six consistently followed their calendars. These outcomes describe within-group knowledge change, practical outputs, and initial implementation, not causal evidence or increased sales and competitiveness. Further mentoring should support posting routines suited to business capacity.
