Competition for qualified employees encourages companies to implement effective recruitment strategies through digital technology, corporate image development, and competitive compensation. This study aims to analyze the effects of e-recruitment, employee branding, and compensation on intention to apply for a job. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative design was employed. The sample consisted of 250 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that e-recruitment, employee branding, and compensation have positive and significant effects on job application intention, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination of 78.6% indicates that the three variables explain the variation in job application intention, while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that efficient digital recruitment systems, a positive corporate image, and fair, competitive compensation play important roles in increasing a company's attractiveness to prospective employees.
