JAZB VTT-001-v3.0.0: Unauthorized Production Action This publication presents an incident-informed architectural replay based on the July 2025 Replit/SaaStr AI agent production database incident, evaluated against the JAZB Enterprise AI Governance & Enforcement Framework v3.0.0. The exercise compares a mature conventional cybersecurity baseline with two fully configured JAZB operating configurations: Core Operation and optional XAA-Enabled Operation. Eight scenario injects examine unauthorized destructive production actions, privileged credential exposure, alternative execution interfaces, delegated automation, independent monitoring, evidence verification, and recovery. Results: Both JAZB configurations prevent the unauthorized destructive action within the specified architectural model, assuming complete implementation and enforcement coverage. The conventional baseline is materially compromised under an explicitly defined fictional privileged-credential condition. The publication distinguishes documented historical events from hypothetical adversarial extensions and identifies implementation considerations for organizations seeking to reproduce the intended control outcomes. This is an architectural tabletop evaluation, not an executed laboratory test, independently witnessed deployment, or certification of operational conformance.
