This study aims to analyze the optimization of digital records management through the SRIKANDI application (Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System) in improving correspondence service quality at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Surabaya City. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of records management and correspondence processes using SRIKANDI. The findings show that the implementation of SRIKANDI has supported the transition from manual to digital records management through electronic official documents, Electronic Signatures (TTE), digital dispositions, letter distribution, and electronic records storage. These practices have contributed to more structured correspondence processes, easier document retrieval, and greater administrative service efficiency. However, the optimization of SRIKANDI still faces several challenges, including network disruptions, limited devices, differences in human resource capabilities, and the continued use of physical documents in certain circumstances. Digital leadership supports SRIKANDI implementation through direction, coordination, facility provision, competency development, and supervision. Thus, optimizing digital records management requires not only technological support but also adequate human resources, infrastructure, procedures, and leadership to sustain organizational adaptation to digital transformation.
