From a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary perspective, this study systematically constructs a four-dimensional theoretical framework for the integration of science and education—comprising the objective layer, element layer, process layer, and evaluation layer. It proposes a three-pronged practical pathway: leveraging the educational transformation of scientific and technological resources as the foundation, implementing science-education integrated teaching as the core, and employing performance evaluation and institutional safeguards as the support. Furthermore, the study establishes a three-dimensional evaluation system—centered on "talent quality, industrial contribution, and innovation efficacy" —thereby creating a complete operational closed-loop mechanism. These research findings provide theoretical guidance and replicable practical solutions for vocational colleges to deepen their reforms in science-education integration, thereby significantly enhancing the capacity of vocational education to serve industrial upgrading and national strategic objectives.
