This study aims to describe the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure maintenance, analyze its contribution to improving the quality of learning services, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of maintenance activities at MTs An Najah Pekanbaru. A qualitative approach with a descriptive design was employed in this research. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, facilities and infrastructure personnel, and teachers as research informants. The data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that maintenance activities are carried out through monitoring facility usage, reporting damages, and repairing facilities that remain feasible for use. These maintenance efforts contribute to the improvement of learning service quality by creating a more conducive learning environment, maintaining the functionality of educational facilities, and supporting both academic and religious activities. Supporting factors include teacher involvement, effective coordination among school members, commitment to preserving school facilities, and continuous maintenance efforts. Meanwhile, the main obstacles consist of limited financial resources, intensive use of facilities, inadequate student awareness in maintaining school property, and the lack of a well-structured maintenance administration system. The study concludes that facilities and infrastructure maintenance plays a significant role in supporting the quality of learning services in Islamic secondary schools.
