This study aims to analyze dynamic archive management at the Administrative Office of MTsN 4 Sidoarjo and examine its functional contribution to strengthening the Education Quality Assurance System (SPMP). Adopting a qualitative embedded case study design, informants were purposively selected, consisting of the Head of Administration, records personnel, and the Vice Principal for Curriculum Department. Data were gathered through participatory observation, semi-structured in-depth interviews, and authentic documentary analysis, followed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s interactive analysis validated via source and methodological triangulation. The findings indicate that archive management encompasses annual work planning, subject-based classification, operational service circulation, and digitization of vital records into PDF formats. Archives serve as primary evidential foundations facilitating Madrasah Self-Evaluation, internal audits, and BAN-PDM accreditation compliance. Operational constraints include inconsistent control card execution, absence of an archive retention schedule, deficient humidity control, and manual borrowing records. The novelty lies in establishing an empirical integration model of dynamic records governance within an Islamic secondary school as an operational determinant driving the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) quality cycle, bridging clerical administrative routines with institutional educational quality accountability.
