The results show that the innovation model has achieved remarkable results, and children have improved in all fields of intelligence, and the quality of education and teaching, teachers' professional ability and the effect of home cooperation have all been improved. However, the evaluation also found that some children's specific intelligence fields are lagging behind, some teachers have difficulty in applying theories, and some parents have low participation. Future research should expand the scope, improve methods, deepen theoretical application in practice, strengthen teacher training and home cooperation, so as to promote the continuous innovation of preschool education management model.
