A simulation technique of the thermal process in solving the problem of mechanics of finishing-and-hardening treatment using the computer program Ansys 19.1 is presented. The regularity of temperature changes in the deformation focus depending on the main technological parameters and modes of pendulum surface plastic deformation was determined.
