The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the categories "situational criminological risks" and "criminological safety", their theoretical and methodological foundations and practical consideration. The concept of criminological riskology and its correlation with criminal riskology is given. Their place in the science of criminology is shown. The institutional structures and practices of risk-based management are shown. A detailed classification is proposed with an analysis of situational risks and their formation factors.
