The article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the innovative and investment activities of enterprises based on the use of digital technologies in conditions of risk for the economic security of the enterprise. To achieve the set goal, general scientific methods of cognition of phenomena and processes have been used: induction and deduction methods - to clarify the relationship between the process of investment and innovation; methods of system analysis and generalization - to systematize existing scientific approaches, used theoretical sources and scientific literature; graphical method - to reflect the theoretical and methodological material of the study. The importance of using digital technologies in the innovative and investment activities of the enterprise has been substantiated, the experience of leading world companies in implementing innovative digitalization projects has been considered. The priority areas of enterprise digitalization in the context of ensuring economic security have been determined. The main approaches to determining the essence of innovative and investment activities have been summarized. A conceptual model of the relationship between the innovative and investment spheres of the enterprise in the conditions of digital development has been proposed. The importance of the mechanism for managing the innovative and investment activities of the enterprise has been substantiated, which requires the use of modern, relevant management tools, taking into account the conditions of increased risk and a high degree of uncertainty in which modern business is located. The model of the specified mechanism has been developed based on a systems approach, priority principles for implementing the mechanism are determined. The mechanism for managing innovation and investment activities provides for a set of measures aimed at diagnostic and monitoring innovation and investment potential, opportunities for digitalization of management functions and the level of information and communication support for the enterprise management process. In this case, aspects of strategic planning should be taken into account when developing innovation and investment policy and implementing digitalization projects, as well as operational management tools should be developed. The main elements of a unified model for managing internal and external communications have been determined.
