The implementation of learning to read and write the Al-Qur'an can be carried out optimally if it is supported by competent teachers, there are supporting facilities and the methods used. The At-Tartil method is considered suitable for improving students' ability to read and write the Koran. The aim of this research is to determine the form of implementation consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation regarding the implementation of the use of the At-Tartil method in BTQ learning carried out at MI Thoriqussalam. This type of research is qualitative using observation and interview data which is then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this research, namely overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an for students at MI Thariqussalam, were designed and discussed by various parties. The application of the At-Tartil method in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an for students at MI Thariqussalam was carried out through a module system.
