Conceptual Framework for the Implementation of History Education in Primary Schools and the Preparation of the Primary School Teacher

The concept of implementing history education in primary school is presented: structure, content, subjects, methodological guidelines, forms and types of learning activities of primary school students. The competence basis (professional, universal, basic competences) of the programme for training future primary school teachers to implement history education in grades 1-4 on the basis of the two-profile programme "Primary Education and History" under the pilot project of basic higher education in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow State Pedagogical University" is shown.
