A short communication on in vitro techniques on a few crops including Oryzae sativa, Zea mays, Triticum aestivum and Shorgumbicolor cultivated in Madhav University Campus, Pindwara, Sirohi District of Rajasthan, India

Tissue culture technique plays a significant role in the growth, morphogenesis and development of tissue protocols through the supplementation of Media having all nutrients under aseptic condition.The role of tissue culture on crops is an important siblings done since a decades.Agriculture is a term which is utilized for different types of crop and livestock production, aquaculture, fisheries, and forestry for food and non-food products.Since olden days, Agriculture seems to rise since human civilization and farming has a strong relationship for food surpluses that enabled people to live in cities.Plant tissue culture (PTC) has promising role in making disease resistant variety of crops since 20th century.The technique is highly reliable in taping the economic potentials of medicinal and crop plants.In this Research, four types of seeds of Oryzae sativa, Triticum aestivum, Zea maize and Sorghum bicolor were taken and allow to germinate on filter paper moisten with nutrient solution like macronutrient, micronutrient and Vitamin solution for 2minutes.After 2 minutes, the different types of crops seeds spread over the filter paper moistened with nutrient solution in three petriplates.A filter paper was used to cover the seeds and petriplates were kept at three individual places.
