Severe mitral regurgitation (MR) is often associated with secondary tricuspid regurgitation (TR). Untreated TR results in progressive heart failure and increased mortality. Here, we report a case of severe MR and TR successfully treated using MitraClip™ (Abbott Structural Heart, Santa Clara, CA) in the same setting.
