Picard et al. (2016) conducted a case report in Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (CCTGA) with severe tricuspid regurgitation (n=1). MitraClip was evaluated on Reduction of tricuspid regurgitation and heart failure admissions. MitraClip implantation successfully reduced severe tricuspid regurgitation in a patient with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, with no recurrent heart failure admissions at 2-year follow-up.
