Abstract In this protocol we demonstrate an approach to the left ventricle of the mouse for an injection of sterile saline; the injection can be done with cells, therapeutics, or other injectates, to suit research needs. This technique offers a minimally invasive yet highly reproducible approach for efficacious results with minimal impact on the mouse.
