The evaluation methods and mechanization of strength on TFT‐LCD panels were investigated in this paper. Different measurements focused on different strength characteristics, which depend on relative key factors. Based on the strength characteristics, the key factors of strength failures was explored by a step by step test of process flow, which could lead to thinking of improvements. Furthermore, various ideas and results were implied and measured. The methods and of improvements were assessed. Besides that, the key points of future work were also concluded.
