Digital leadership has been increasingly adopted by the organizations to enhance the performance of employees and keep them competitive in the ever-changing environments. Digital leadership is the ability of managers to employ digital technologies and approaches to encourage innovation, flexibility, and business efficiency. Job performance refers to effectiveness, quality as well as output of the employees contribution which is determined by organizational resources and external market forces. This paper considers the relationship between digital leadership and job performance with a special reference to the mediating factors of dynamic capabilities and global stock exchanges in Jordan. Quantitative design was taken and 280 respondents working in financial institutions, investment firms and industrial firms related to the Amman Stock Exchange were used to gather data. Structural equation modeling was used to test the direct impact of digital leadership and indirect impact of the mediating constructs. The research indicates that digital leadership helps in improving the performance of employees with the dynamic capabilities and global stock exchanges strengthening the association. The results emphasize the necessity to align the digital leadership practices with organizational and market-level mechanisms to attain sustainable competitive advantage and enhance better workforce effectiveness.
