This work substantiates the architectural necessity of a principle that ensures the stability and coherence of levels of scientific description. It is shown that, in the absence of such a principle, scientific knowledge retains local explanatory effectiveness while losing structural coherence, manifested in arbitrary theory applicability boundaries and interpretative dependence of interlevel transitions. A minimal formalization of the architectural principle is proposed in terms of invariants, conditions of stability, and transition operators, sufficient to preserve the integrity of scientific knowledge without disciplinary reduction or appeal to metaphysical foundations.
