The aim of the work is to identify key regulations, strategies, and action plans that direct and shape the digital transformation of the judicial system and to explore opportunities for their improvement. The analysis determines the extent to which the existing legal framework and public policies promote efficient and transparent digitization, as well as the challenges and obstacles in their implementation.
