ABSTRACTThe study examines the level of satisfaction among faculty members with informationresources and services through ICT-enabled engineering college libraries in thePuducherry and Karaikal districts. The objective of the study is to assess the efficacy, accessibility, and availability of ICT-based resources such as online databases, e-books, e-journals, institutional repositories, and digital library services. For data collection, a systematic questionnaire was administered to faculty members.Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results indicate thatmost faculty members use ICT-based resources in their academic, research, andinstructional activities. Additionally, the report emphasizes patrons' satisfaction withlibrary support services, the availability of electronic resources, and access speed. However, the report identified certain difficulties, such as the need to provide trainingfor patrons and the inaccessibility of certain databases. To effectively utilize ICT-basedlibrary services, the research suggests that ICT infrastructure, e-resources, and userawareness campaigns need improvement.
