This study evaluates structural numerical errors in conventional finite difference grid approximations when computing spatial gradients (lattice strain potentials) in 3D coherent X-ray diffraction imaging (CXDI). Using benchmarks across inorganic zeolites, GaAs hetero-interfaces, gold nanoparticles, silicon defects, and XFEL single-particle diffraction, results demonstrate that discrete finite difference approximations inflate geometric spatial stress values by factors of 1.35 to 9.15 due to grid boundary fragmentation. To resolve this inconsistency, a 3D Continuous Field Model utilizing trilinear interpolation and a 3x3x3 finite matrix (27 degrees of freedom) convolution was implemented, deterministically stabilizing the total gradient energy by up to 95.383878% without empirical parameters. Linear convergence at topological symmetry points (180.000000° azimuth, 45.000000° elevation) and Welch's t-test (P <= 10^-300) verify the model's geometric invariance and robust statistical identity.
