Does electrical catheter ablation terminate constant ventricular tachycardia due to ectopic hyperautomaticity in a patient with reduced cardiac function?
Does electrical catheter ablation terminate constant ventricular tachycardia due to ectopic hyperautomaticity in a patient with reduced cardiac function?
Electrical catheter ablation successfully terminated refractory constant ventricular tachycardia due to ectopic hyperautomaticity, leading to normalization of severe left ventricular dysfunction.
Ablation may terminate refractory hyperautomatic VT and normalize LV function; single case leaves open need for prospective validation.
