Perfusion with Ca2+-free medium for 5 min followed by reperfusion with medium containing 1.25 mmol/L Ca2+ for 10 min, with or without sarcolemmal Ca2+ channel inhibitors (verapamil, diltiazem), Na+/Ca2+ exchange inhibitors (KB-R7943), Na+/H+ exchange inhibitors (amiloride), or antioxidants
