CT may identify pacemaker lead perforation missed by CXR and echo despite normal interrogation; single case leaves open need for routine use.
CT scan of the chest should be performed in all patients with suspected cardiac perforation by pacemaker when chest X-ray and echocardiogram are non-diagnostic, as normal device interrogation does not exclude perforation.
