Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang terus meningkat di Indonesia dan membutuhkan intervensi yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kuratif tetapi juga promotif dan preventif. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai intervensi keperawatan komunitas dalam menurunkan tekanan darah serta meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “intervensi”, “hipertensi”, “keperawatan”, dan “komunitas”, menghasilkan 12.000 artikel awal. Setelah proses seleksi menggunakan metode PRISMA, lima artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi seperti Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), senam anti hipertensi, edukasi diet DASH, program multikomponen “Langkah Mandiri”, dan terapi psikososial berbasis kader terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, memperbaiki perilaku hidup sehat, menurunkan kecemasan, serta menurunkan tekanan darah pada kelompok usia produktif maupun lansia. Secara keseluruhan, intervensi keperawatan komunitas menunjukkan efektivitas signifikan dan berpotensi menjadi strategi utama dalam pengendalian hipertensi di masyarakat.
