This article examines forecast indicators for improving the pedagogical effectiveness of economic incentives in higher education. The study focuses on the relationship between financial incentives, professional motivation, teaching activity, educational quality, research activity, and innovation. A system of quantitative forecast indicators is proposed to evaluate the expected changes resulting from the improvement of economic incentive mechanisms. The model includes indicators of teaching activity, educational quality, research and innovation activity, professional development, individual work with students, the use of KPI-based assessment, and satisfaction with economic incentives. The proposed approach provides a basis for monitoring the dynamics of pedagogical effectiveness and forecasting the expected outcomes of economic incentive policies in higher education institutions.
