This study focuses on the development of an information system designed to monitor construction progress and verify the “as-built” status of structures. The system utilizes images captured by cameras worn by workers on-site to generate 3D point clouds through photogrammetry. A key feature of the system is the ability to retrieve the original source images associated with specific points within the cloud, allowing for a detailed inspection of work conditions and construction quality. To assess the practical utility of this approach, a prototype was developed, and its effectiveness was validated through a comprehensive case study.
