This Classroom Action Research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Pancasila Education of third-grade students at SDN 36/II Sarana Jaya. Initial observations indicate that the average student learning outcomes are still below the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) of 75. The urgency of this research lies in the need to implement a learning model that can improve student activity and learning outcomes through active involvement in problem solving. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving student activity and learning outcomes. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles with 18 students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and tests, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the completeness of learning outcomes increased from 38.89% in Cycle I to 100% in Cycle II. Teacher and student activity and student responses also increased. In conclusion, the implementation of PBL can improve the activity and learning outcomes of Pancasila Education of third-grade students.
