Observational analysis reveals satisfaction among headmasters and teachers in Alexandroupolis, indicating potential for improved educational assessment.
The present study researches the views of the headmasters and educators working in eight primary and secondary school units of Alexandroupolis regarding the effectiveness of the Committees of Diagnostic Educational Assessment and Support (C.D.E.A.S.). The sample group of this research project is comprised of 164 headmasters and educators. The research tools used were four questionnaires. Two of questionnaires were completed by headmasters and two by educators. The analysis of the data reveals that both the headmasters and the teachers, in whose schools the C.D.E.A.S. have operated, express their satisfaction for the work that has been produced by the C.D.E.A.S. personal. On the other hand, in schools where C.D.E.A.S. have not operated, it is evaluated by both the headmasters and the teachers that many of the problems regarding the attending of students that were created could have been successfully solved by C.D.E.A.S. if they were to operate.
