Supplementary Figure S6. Inhibiting SATA6 and HDAC restores IL-4-mediated reduction of CYBB expression in U937 cells. U937 cells were pre-treated with or without the STAT6 inhibitor AS1517499 (AS, 250 nM), the Pan-HDAC inhibitors TSA (10 µM) and LBH589 (LBH, 50 µM) for 24 h, and then were treated with 20 ng/ml IL-4 for 1 h.
