Voltage and current signal time-domain measurement based on a near-field probe is essential for electromagnetic emissions analysis. However, simultaneous voltage and current measurements with a dual probe at high-frequency are not covered. In this paper, an asymmetric time-domain voltage and current simultaneous measurement model and calibration method based on an active dual probe at a single frequency has been proposed. The asymmetry problem of the time-domain probing system was calibrated using the rotate asymmetric calibration method. The measurement results show that the proposed time-domain measurement method is effective for high-frequency voltage and current measurements simultaneously in the same place. The proposed method is proven by measuring a high-frequency sinusoidal signal, a pulse-modulated signal, and a crosstalk signal. At the same time, the reliability of the method is verified by analyzing the measurement accuracy. The measurement results show that the amplitude of the measured signal is basically consistent with that of the calculated signal.
