Translanguaging, as a multilingual use strategy, allows individuals to flexibly employ a variety of linguistic resources across different social and educational contexts. This phenomenon aligns with postmodern concepts such as multiplicity, anti-narrativity, decentralization, identity politics, the relationship between language and power, and the relativity of history and culture. The purpose of this paper is to explore the theoretical connections between translanguaging and postmodernism and to analyze how the practice of translanguaging embodies the core ideas of postmodernism.
