Descriptive survey examines emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills in trainee counsellors, suggesting insights for their training.
This article focused on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Conflict Resolution Competence among Trainee Counsellors in Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nigeria. The study is a descriptive survey. Two research questions were answered and hypothesis tested at 0.05 significance level. The total of fifty (50) postgraduate students in Nasarawa State University Keffi, constituted the population for the study.
