This note demonstrates a falsifiable prediction of Planck mass in theoretical frameworks, indicating potential new physics insights.
EN Description: This note derives the Planck mass M_Pl from the single dimensional input of the Extended Triptych (v = 246.220 GeV) via dimensional transmutation on S⁴: M_Pl^TC = v·exp(s_TC), where s_TC = 64π³/[9(17−8√2)] − 1/N_c is an exact algebraic exponent in ℤ[√2]. The result rests on a universal identity ξ*(D)·N_c(D) = 1/2, independent of dimension D, linking conformal coupling (Parker-Toms) and colour structure (asymptotic safety). The 0.026% discrepancy with CODATA 2018 is not due to a missing NNLO term — refuted by six structural exclusions (M1–M6) — but constitutes a falsifiable prediction: G_N^TC = 6.67771×10⁻¹¹ m³ kg⁻¹ s⁻² (+510 ppm vs CODATA). The identification g_N* = 1/2 is a structural hypothesis of the TE framework, consistent with the f(R) fixed point of Falls et al. (2016) to 0.2%, but not independently derived from the FRGE. This note accompanies Extended Triptych V5 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19760786) and Conceptual Triptych V22.2 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19767833).
