The absence of an apparent reset phenomenon during premature atrial stimulation does not rule out the involvement of atrial muscle in the reentry circuit, challenging previous electrophysiological assumptions.
Absence of reset does not exclude atrial participation in AVRT; challenges prior assumptions but remains hypothesis-generating from case reports.
