Why the study?
Does rapid ventricular pacing demonstrate retrograde dual AV nodal pathways better than ventricular extrastimulus testing in patients with AVNRT?
Does rapid ventricular pacing demonstrate retrograde dual AV nodal pathways better than ventricular extrastimulus testing in patients with AVNRT?
Rapid ventricular pacing can reveal retrograde dual AV nodal pathways in AVNRT cases where standard ventricular extrastimulus testing fails.
May support rapid ventricular pacing to detect retrograde dual pathways in AVNRT; hypothesis-generating case reports requiring prospective validation.
