This case report demonstrates the rare occurrence of two distinct mechanisms of long RP' tachycardia (AVRT via anteroseptal slow Kent bundle and atypical AVNRT) in a single patient with congenital heart anomalies.
Clinicians should consider multiple SVT mechanisms in refractory long RP' tachycardias; this case extends the spectrum of substrates in congenital anomalies but remains hypothesis-generating.
