IDEA: Adjustment made to the live model — verify against the backtests: Apply filter: Min confirmations >= 7 — improves win rate from 31.5% to 48.1% (+16.6pp, n=27) SAME-WINDOW EFFECT: Applying a minimum-confirmation filter of 7 would have rejected the three trades marked [REJECTED/open] — EURJPY SHORT (rizzy5m), AUDUSD LONG (rizzy7m), and NZDUSD SHORT (wkjudas). Of the remaining seven accepted trades, five were wins and two were losses, yielding a win rate of 71.4% versus the current 50% (5W/5L including the open/rejected as unresolved). However, the two rejected trades that are still open cannot be scored yet; if both eventually win, the filter would have removed two winners and lowered the window win rate to 55.6% (5W/4L). The claimed +16.6pp improvement is not reproducible in this small live sample — the delta is highly sensitive to the unresolved trades' outcomes. OVER-TIME PROJECTION: Over 3–6 months, a minimum-confirmation filter of 7 will likely reduce trade frequency substan Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
