This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Life Balance and Job Rotation on employee performance at PT McDonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT McDonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang, while the sampling technique used was saturated sampling or adjusted to the available population size. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents using a Likert scale. The research results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a partial test (t-test) showing a p-value < 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050) and a calculated t-value > t-table value (8.829 > 2.002). Similarly, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a partial test (t-test) yielding a p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and a calculated t-value > t-table value (8.829 > 2.002). Furthermore, work-life balance and job rotation simultaneously exert a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT McDonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang; this is supported by the simultaneous test (F-test) results, showing a p-value < 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050) and a calculated F-value > F-table value (57.095 > 3.21). Consequently, the company needs to prioritize employee work-life balance and effectively implement job rotation to enhance employees' skills, experience, and productivity, thereby improving overall employee performance.
