The aim of this research was to investigate the simultaneous impact of transformational leadership by school principals and academic supervision on the professional competence of elementary school educators in Ngaliyan District, Semarang City. This quantitative research employing a correlational framework involved a cohort of 361 educators from 28 public elementary institutions, with a sample of 190 teachers chosen by a proportional random sampling method. The information gathered through a standardized five-point Likert scale questionnaire was utilized to assess transformational leadership, academic supervision, and teachers' professional competence as multidimensional variables, thereafter evaluated via multiple linear regression. The findings of the research indicated that the principal's transformational leadership and academic supervision collectively exerted a favorable and substantial impact on teachers' professional competence, with a coefficient of determination contributing 52.7%. The research determined that integrating transformational leadership with organized academic oversight could establish an efficient management system to enhance material mastery, learning execution, curriculum application, and the professional growth of elementary educators.
