The article examines the institution of guarantees for the implementation of the constitutional right to education in the Russian Federation as a systemic set of legal and organizational instruments ensuring the practical enforceability of the constitutional provision. It analyses the structural components of such guarantees, including normative, procedural, and institutional mechanisms, and evaluates their role in legal certainty and the uniform application of law in the educational sphere. The study substantiates the need for coherence between regulatory levels and the accessibility of remedies as prerequisites for the stability of the legal order and public trust in state institutions. It concludes by outlining general directions for improving guarantee mechanisms in order to strengthen the effective protection of the right to education.
